Good morning,
I just wanted to say a great big thank you to you all for the care and support that has been shown to ......... and her sister ...... who is her carer at home. You are an amazing team.
....... is currently in hospital and you have all been so so supportive. I know extra support has been arranged directly with adult social care too - thank you.
It has been really lovely to be able to see the relationship ........ has made with visiting carers over this weekend. They have all been the most caring and supportive bunch not just with ........., but also ....... and even myself while I’ve been out there. They are absolute gems who have all worked so hard to reassure her. It’s also obvious how much ...... loves them all and this has made a difference in more ways than I can say.
Thank you - the guilt I feel at not being able to do more is astronomical, not just during this crazy time but during normal times too. Knowing that the family are so well cared for and also cared about is honestly everything.

We have been supported by caring workers who have stayed with my husband so that I can get on. They are understanding of the issues that occur with dementia and with terminal illnesses, i.e MND.
